Course Description
 
Spanish I Emphasis will be placed on comprehension, speaking, reading and writing in the present, future, and past tenses.  By the end of the semester, you will be able to read, understand, and write simple sentences.  You will also be able to understand and respond to simple sentences spoken in Spanish.  In addition, cultural diversity and global impact will be part of the curriculum throughout the semester.
 
Spanish IISince this is a continuation of Spanish I, emphasis will be placed on comprehension, speaking, reading and writing in different tenses and with correct grammar.  By the end of the semester, you will be able to read, understand, and write more complex sentences as well as be able to communicate more fluently in Spanish.  In addition, cultural diversity and global impact will be part of the curriculum throughout the semester.
